    The staff spinning course is designed for all levels, from complete beginners who have never been spinning a staff before to professional artists who want to learn a new technique to add to their skill set. The course covers the basics of staff spinning, such as grip, stance, and basic spins, as well as more advanced techniques, such as high throws, fast spinning, blind catches, body turns, and combos, including double staff and triple staff.   • What are the teaching methods used?

    In this course, I teach a unique method I developed using the full motion of the wrist to rotate the staff fully. This allows the staff to spin really fast with less effort. The lessons are pre-recorded, so you can watch them at your own pace and in your own way. The exercises are shown slowly with detailed explanations, and then the difficulty gradually increases as you learn more advanced techniques. By the end of the course, you will be able to spin one staff and double staff with ease.
